Exchange and return policy
5. The site does not accept the return or exchange of some products, for example but not limited to (underwear, corsets that touch the body, socks, towels, mattresses, medical beds, medical mattresses, bathroom chairs, shower chairs, phlegm extraction devices, breast milk extraction devices, .....etc.), or any other products whose return could affect customers' health, such as transmitting diseases or spreading infection.
6. Products that have been installed at the customer's site and cannot be returned to the original condition before sale.
7. The product malfunctions due to incorrect use by the customer, or due to failure to follow operating instructions.
8. Any product whose specifications have been manufactured or modified according to the customer’s request.
9. If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the site will examine the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the site will bear the shipping, return and exchange costs.
10. If the return or exchange is for a reason attributable to the customer and is not a defect in the product, the customer will bear all costs of returning, shipping and replacing the product.
11. In the event that the site rejects the request to return or exchange the product submitted by the customer, and the customer refuses to receive the products again, in this case the site has the right to dispose of these products after 15 days have passed from the date of the customer’s refusal.
12. If the return request is accepted, the site will issue a return policy for the customer or send a representative if the order is in the city of Riyadh, or the customer will deliver the order himself to the shipping company if the order is in a city other than Riyadh, and the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company within a maximum period. 48 hours, and in the event of a delay in delivering the product to the shipping company after sending the return policy to the customer, the return policy is considered cancelled.
13. When the product arrives at our warehouse, we inspect the product, and when the product passes the inspection stage, the price of the product is refunded to the customer within two to three working days if the payment is via bank transfer, and within seven to fourteen working days if the payment is via credit card. The site, from the date the product passes the inspection stage, the price of the product will be refunded in the same way the payment was made and on the same accounts through which the payment was made, and the customer has no right to request a refund of the amount other than the method by which it was paid.
14. If the replacement request is accepted, the price difference between the product that was replaced and the new product that was chosen will be taken into account. If the price of the new product that was chosen is less than the price of the product that was replaced, the site will refund the price difference within two days to Three actions if payment is via bank transfer,Within seven to four working days if payment is made by credit card. However, if the price of the new product chosen is higher than the price of the product that was replaced, in this case the customer must pay the price difference to the site using our approved payment methods before shipping the product.
Cases in which the customer does not bear the return costs when requesting a return or exchange:
A- The product arrives from the shipping company damaged and appears on the carton
2- The arrival of a product other than the requested product or other than the specifications announced on the site. The difference in the color of the product from the color displayed on the site is not a reason for rejecting the product if there are no options to specify a specific color on the product page on the site.
3- The product’s arrival is delayed beyond the period permitted and announced on the site, which ranges between 3-5 working days after the delivery period of the order to the shipping company, which ranges from one to two working days. If the order is made after five o’clock in the evening, the processing period is calculated from the next day.
4- If the site management communicates with the customer and it is agreed to extend [am2] the delivery period, then the delivery period is considered what was agreed upon between the management and the customer. Exceptions are made for force majeure circumstances that prevent delivery, and the customer will be informed of that
Conditions for accepting returns or exchanges for damaged products:
1- If the damage is visible on the outer carton, the order will not be accepted in any way by the shipping company until the site can demand compensation from the shipping companies for the damage. If the order shown on the carton from abroad is received damaged, the return will not be accepted.
2-If the order arrives and the outer carton does not show any signs of damage and the inner product turns out to be damaged, you must contact the shipping company and inform them that the shipment arrived damaged and inform the site within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order via [email protected] or WhatsApp number 9666503366891 with proof that the product is damaged in pictures.
Conditions for accepting returns or exchanges during the offer period:
1- If the product was purchased during the offers and returned after the end of the offer, the product will be refunded at the price announced during the offer period.
